1 bay leaf 3 cups chicken broth or seafood stock (I used chicken broth) 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes with their juice, undrained 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley 3 tablespoons chopped fresh scallion greens 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper 2-3 dashes Tabasco sauce Seafood seasoning to taste (I used Tony Chachere’s Original Creole Seasoning) Rice for serving Directions: In a large pot or Dutch oven, heat the oil over medium heat.
