About Our Food
Caffe Galleria is a colorful mosaic of cultures all of which you will find reflected in our menu. Our chefs have taken recipes from around the world and adapted them to a western style of cooking, thereby producing our unique Caffe Galleria flavor. We take the time and care to use only fresh, organic ingredients whenever possible and your order is prepared a'la minute. We create all our recipes in the most health-conscious fashion possible, while never sacrificing taste. In addition, we are pleased to substitute sauces or alter recipes according to the needs or desires of our guests.

Caffe Galleria serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as brick-oven specialties and fresh-baked breads and deserts. And, in addition to our art-filled dining room, we offer alfresco dining in season and a full take-out menu! Our hours are: Sunday through Thursday from 7am to 9pm, Friday and Saturday from 7am to 10pm.

Caffe Galleria is a well-established niche for those who seek breakfast, lunch, dinner or brick-oven pizza …[At her most recent location] in Lambertville, NJ… owner Dawn Raia wanted to create a neighborhood restaurant that local people could consider a home away from home. Now they go there for such Mediterranean fare as Tofu couscous and hummus platter; for pressed Panini sandwiches served with a fresh mixed green salad and an ever interesting variety of soups bound to please everyone; for Sesame chicken and shrimp or Cedar plank fish du jour with beurre blanc sauce (the plank which you keep to make your own creations at home) and, of course, for pizza, always thin crust topped … maybe with caramelized onions and goat cheese. In short, at Caffe Galleria, “the unapologetic carnivore and the dedicated vegan dine together… happily” The ingredients in their food come largely from small local distributors. The ambiance in which they dine is cozy and candlelit, with pillow-topped benches, a Tuscan-yellow and pale Monet-blue color scheme, and changing exhibits by local artists. Guests may take their own wine or accept complimentary wine with dinner. She wants her customers to be pleased. “Food makes people happy,” she says, “and that’s what makes me happy.” This is what best describes the delightful chef/owner here, who’s work shines through in every plate.
